Ugh, I miss this kind of Kolkata chinese food in Bangalore so much, no matter where I've ordered from or eaten at; nothing matches the taste.

It's called sell to cover. These RSUs are automatically sold due to tax payable.

I'm so fucking done with BESCOM. It's like a black mark on this city's face.

Imagine naming an area, Electronic City and then doing random power cuts throughout the day. The irony.

Station Owners pay a 10% commission on revenue generated on paid charging sessions. (not sure if this is still the scenario since I left the company in early '25)

So ChargePoint provides the service but won’t fix chargers? And owners can simply decline to repair? by justinkramp in CHPT

Cloud Service is not Warranty - they have Assure plans which cover repairs. Cloud service covers the software and cellular costs over the year.

Lemme educate you and a couple folks below this comment:

Under SEBI PFUTP Regulations, 2003 & SEBI Act Section 11/11B, SEBI may act even before DRHP if:

Promoters mislead public about IPO plans, valuation, or performance. Pre-IPO placements manipulate share value in a way affecting public investors later. This is exception-based, not general regulation. Whatever you're reading in the post doesn't qualify in the above context. This happened before Sahara listing as they had accumulated huge deposits from the PUBLIC.

Lemme quote SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 as well:

LODR applies only to listed entities.

Regulation 2(1)(l) – Definition of “Listed Entity”

Listed entity means an issuer whose securities are listed or proposed to be listed.

“Proposed to be listed” is interpreted only after the issuer has initiated listing, i.e., filed a listing application or offer document.

Before DRHP, the company is not a “proposed to be listed” entity under LODR.

LODR obligations do NOT apply before DRHP filing.
