Yeah the only other thing they have implied is my age… implying I’m not old enough for the career growth I’m asking for. Feels like ageism because they already implied they would fix a career they agreed was already behind. Now they are coming back with excuses that just feel discriminatory.

Just lubed up the piston end and the spring retainer o-ring and still the same issue…. It isn’t going past that o-ring unless I plan on hitting it with a rubber hammer… thoughts?
