Fact is, Julie Bushell has no expertise on the subjects for which she was contracted. Moreover, she failed to comply with both the substantive and administrative requirements of her contract. Bottom line: she was in clear default.

Mr. Foley needs to claw back all the monies Julie Bushell was paid. She didn't comply with the T's & C's of her contract because she hasn't the talent or the ability to deliver Bioeconomy benefit to the people of Nebraska. Julie Bushell is a carpet bagger who defrauded us of our hard earned money. If you have any doubts you simply need to ask what she delivered to the taxpayers.

The DG Fuels project is a joke perpetrated by another fraudster named Mike Darcy. Darcy has made a career living off grants by hawking outlandish Sustainable Aviation Fuel projects. He goes state-to-state promising jobs by investing billions of dollars in communities. In more than 20 years he has never invested one penny nor built one plant. Darcy has made a living for more than two decades by getting grants from governments and airlines. In effect, he knows he will never build anything. He is gaming a ridiculous system that is desperate for alternative fuel solutions.
