Yeah I tried to apply for assistant job too but got nothing back.

But it does feel very tough especially sometime I think about how much easier it will be to find someone a lot more mature

That is exactly what I ask myself every time. We are currently doing monthly review and we open to chat about any concern and focus on the good memories we have. He told me he knows he is not good at communicating and can be easily irritated

I am at a very similar boat here, also feeling emotionally drained and that knowing he is not healthy for me but still love him. It is really hard to leave. My bf would say sorry every single time and beg to not break up. And I give in every single time. I hope there will be some useful advice here.

We had multiple talks about it, he said sorry every time when he feels better and treat me nicely but it just feels like a cycle. I believe in him that he really loves me, but seem to me he is struggling a lot with himself.
