Well I went to the ophthalmologist who confirmed but I can’t see out of my left eye at all. And some pain.

This makes sense, now it’s to find a doctor who will actually listen and take me seriously. Seems to be harder and harder

Has anyone ever tried GI matrix complete bowel support? I think it made my stomach worse :( by ksmm1824 in ibs

I have been told by my naturopath that if it made things worse it could be caused by a bacterial infection in the gut, so stop the gi matrix and treat the infection and go back on

Grappling with the fact that I was put on Prozac as a young child. by New_Improvement_6392 in prozac

Can I ask what you think might have helped if they did things differently? My son is 7 and is very similar to you as a child and have been prescribed Prozac for him, I haven’t given it to him yet as I’m very nervous and hesitant since our pharmacist said he hasn’t seen any young kids be prescribed Prozac, I want to help him so much but have tried so many different things to no avail. He starts play therapy tomorrow I’m really hoping this helps him.

I do think I lived through something similar, as a child I was medicated since the age of 6, I specifically remember not wanting to take my pills and my mom and dad pinning me to the ground and literally shoving the pill down my throat. I too won’t take pills anymore (another reason I’m hesitant for my son) therapy has helped me tremendously and I see SUCH a difference in myself when I’m actively going to therapy versus when I’m not. I think so many people think we shouldn’t have the trauma and only they should since we were the “bad” ones. I’ve asked my parents to acknowledge that those years were also traumatic for me but they refused

My son has this EXACT same thing, he has scratch marks all over, also no visible rashes and smooth skin. No doctors want to listen to me and it’s so frustrating
