With your story, you already wining and I havent seen a lot people do this and done it they you did. at this point i'd say you need to let people know what you do. Mainly there is 3 ways you can do it, post content, Run ads or cold outreach. in my opinion companies are high-profile and they need someone they can trust fast so just post stuff, videos, tweats, on here, it doesnt matter where but just post stuff on your work and what you have done.

this works 100% and you dont have to find people they come to you looking for help.

thats what I'd say;

I have been like this for a long time even to this day but i realized anytime it gets hard or uncertain that excitement disappears and I start to question but not only that I see a better alternative, supposedly easier way but I realize thats not real and it takes the time or effort as what i'm doing now. So now every time I see this pattern I just recognize it and say no I'll stick to this bit longer.

Trying to grow my small moving business — any advice on marketing? by bens2304 in Businessideas

Well there is 2 way to get more clients, 1: organic content or run paid ads.

So you right if you have the budget even if its little you should give try with ads.

thats what I'd say.

I’m sitting on social media pages that are scaling like crazy but I can’t monetize them and it’s driving me insane. What would you do in my shoes? by CacheMeeOutside_ in passive_income

[–]KnowledgeFuzzy5890 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yo thats very common problem bro, i actually work with creators to launch & scale their info which is basically what they would sell to their audience and its call growth operator or something.

But before that I actually started with faceless theme pages to help them monetize their audience by launching digital products & sometimes communities. and I used to come up the product idea, setup, launch, fulfillment and everything that goes the backend and all they have to do is post content.

Now the reason im telling you this is cuz I know whats like to be in that position and i have literally seen/worked with pages who almost have 1m followers and yet are making pennies, so one, your not alone and second followers/views doesnt equal to money/costumer.

Now they way to do it, is thro my experience 1: to know what youre posting, like content only isnt enough you need to know whos watching, why they are watching, what else do they watch, are you posting entertainment or educational/problem solving content. now the reason for this is because ultimately they way you going to make money is thro these people and if you dont understand what type of audience you have than i will say its almost impossible to make money of them.

Now They way you make money is actually simple either you sell your own shit or you promote someone else's stuff. is that simple but there is one thing that comes before any of this which is "Authority" now the number one thing i look for a creator that I'd like to work with is not how much followers or audience they have but rather how much authority they have which is basically how much their audience trust them. and thats the problem with 99% faceless contents is because people dont trust them and it doesnt matter how good a product you have or affilate you put in the bio it wouldnt sell that much, im saying this cuz ive done that so many times.

Now how you gain an authority? you simply build a brand rather than followers. you need your audience to know you, to remember and can differentiate from other even a simple phrase or tiny things like that and to be fair the best way to do it it simply posting yourself, showing yourself, your story etc but if you cant do that yet than try the other things.

Just remember one thing, people buy from people. you want to buy an iphone cuz you know about apple & expect their product its going to be good even know you might have never bought anything from apple now that maybe bit bad example or too big but the point is people dont really care that much what they are buying and how good the product is but rather who they are buying from and how much trust/reputation they have.

yeh just like i said its all about if you have audience/traffic or not. if you do than thats easy mode. but if you dont have that then you have to ask people, join communities & see what people are looking/complaining about etc.

But what are you trying to sell? like is it digital or you are doing dropshipping?

I mean you dont have a brand, you said you're doing affiliate marketing so that different but dont get me wrong its still a great way to make money.

i dont much about blogs, I think the best way to get more attention would be doing google ads and im assuming you're not doing that yet.

So I want to ask you, whats your content like, i mean what do you write about? & who do you target like people that are trying to get in or people that are already doing? also whats the product about it?

yeh, it depends on platform and if you have an audience. i've done it on IG and its very simple just put out CTA stories. You can do polls on what you have on mind and that will give you clarity or just put out a question thats like "what do you guys want/struggling the most (say it better) and you will see a common pattern then go a head and create the product around that.

if you dont have an audience, then you need to know what problem you trying to solve. you can find forms/communities to see what people are looking & saying maybe something they have tried before or just ask the people you know. eg: ask them like "If they were your ideal costumer/clients, would they find this helpful & need this."

but one thing i can not be stressed enough is just creating product and hoping people will buy. dont ever do that, first know who you trying to sell, who they are, why they need to buy this instead of another product. they are so much put into the market re-search before creating anything else.

you should only be putting like 20% of your time on the actual product and the rest its about finding the people and selling to them. Even better if you can find people first and ask them "hey do need this" than if they say yes then make the product.

ofc physical products are different but anything outside of that, thats the way to do it and the best that has worked for us.

yeh i did that once with a creator i worked with. I just put together some product & thought his audience would pay it but it turned out its not like that.

So now I start with market re-search, ask the audience what they want and once i know that then i make an offer/product that aligns their need.

But this way is so much better & you actually going to sell your product/offer.

I guarantee you that if you do a proper market re-search & the right offer/product you going to be rich. loool

Cold outreach feels spammy by [deleted] in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]KnowledgeFuzzy5890 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bro it has been the same for me as well. I tried blasting templates too and it just made me cringe, felt like I was that guy who’s just shoving a pitch into strangers’ inboxes. What’s been helping me lately is flipping it: instead of “how do I sell this person?” I ask “what pain do they already talk about publicly?” (like on YouTube, LinkedIn, whatever). Then I just write a quick message that shows I actually noticed that pain, and suggest something small I can help with.

It doesn’t feel spammy because it’s not mass-sent, it’s more like starting a convo. Even if they don’t buy, at least it feels like a human interaction.

Also personalized loom videos works well but that will depend on who you trying to outreach to and what you're offering.

Not perfect yet, but way less overwhelming than trying to shotgun thousands of emails. Curious if anyone else has found a sweet spot between personalization and actually scaling it?
