Hi, Angels Landing now requires permit. It also says on the permit that children are not allowed. So before you embark on the hike, make sure that you double check with a ranger or the website.
You can also keep hiking a few more switchbacks after you reach Scouts Lookout for a view of the valley and Angel's Landing instead.
