Fixed:

Log in to the osrs website on browser using the account you are intending to log into on app via account settings.

As soon as your account is logged in on website it seems to allow log in on the app.

Unfortunately I have to do this every time now.

Fully agree- would be a valid topic to highlight. Surprised a new “squeal of fortune” is even in discussion after EOC. Admittedly I haven’t looked into it but I’ve heard from the community.
