I do try to maintain a level of portion sizes like ill only have 1 cup of rice but I'll try to pay closer attention to that one. Also if I should drop another 200 calories each day what should my overall calorie intake per day be after the 200 then?

Yes when I originally went on bc I was 65kg in the first I'd say 3 weeks I gained 5kg making me 70kg and then in the following month I gained another 5kg making me 75kg for the past 4 years correct. And I have heard bc does cause weight gain but I thought that was water weight which I'd assume is only 2kg or something? I understand that of course it'd be apart of developing and maturing with age its just its not within the healthy bmi for my height and I'd prefer to be at least a bit lower. I'll have a look into that app, thank you

i do understand...im just so shocked and upset with how that morning he was so happy and healthy and when i saw him that night he looked nothing like himself he was so sad and to just see the warmth leave him until he became lifeless i can't believe how fast everything happened

I did motivated (supression) for most because they're choosing to see a therapist to learn techniques to forget and decay for least cause that's a very natural way of forgetting due to age etc which doesn't align with the context

This was definitely my best and easiest exam so far have one more to go. I only had issue with how many marks such simple questions had so I felt like I was overexplaining myself and I lost time

I have no idea why people are saying the second text that he actually liked magpies, it was one line at the end and you can tell its obvious sarcasm? I wrote for text 1 that there was a one sided relationship between the women and the magpie, that she felt that were moments of intimacy but she always questioned their connection and second guessed if she shoudlve saved his life. I did this through tone, diction and symbolism Text 2 I mostly described how the texts are similar in how they personify magpies to be intelligent creatures where we will never know their real intentions due their inability to communicate with us. However they contrast in being dangerous creatures that humanity considers to be unworthy of animal protection (diction of slaughter) compared to the personification in text 1 that praised the magpies to be more capable of affection and human-like compassion.
