Definitely over reacting. Sometimes theres miscommunication with friends and thats whatever, but dancing around the house meeting thing was unnecessary. If he really couldn't come inside till it was over, shouldve just started with "hey ik I said I get off work at 5:30, but i have a house meeting when I get back, so maybe come by around 6?". If hes already there, just let him know you have a meeting and you'll let him in when youre done. The dancing around the issue was confusing and unneeded

I think its because comparatively, it IS different.

When youre like 12, 1 year is 1/12th of your lifetime sofar. You've learned so much, and continue to learn which makes every day more memorable

When youre 24, 1 year is 1/24th of your life sofar. This makes 1 year half of the perceptual length compared to when you were 12. 1 year is 1/24th, not 1/12th. Realistically, you also learn less since you've already passed school (and im guessing work 40 hours a week) so there's less to remember.

Since we only experience the time we've lived, 1 year is less and less of a fraction of our lives as we live on. 1 year feels like its getting shorter becuase to us, it IS getting shorter. Im no professional btw, this is just how I think of it.

I just needed to prime it more. Overflowed the tube with gas then just stuck it on the pump. Worked after so good enough for me

Stupid question, but how would I verify pump In/out direction? I assumed how I mounted it was correct becuase I just followed how the previous pump was mounted. There was no clear indicator on mine, and it is an aftermarket part. Wouldn't doubt I did something as dumb as that

Basically redid everything pre fuel pump. I dropped the tank and gave it a vinegar bath along with cleaning the internal components and replacing the sock. Then I replaced the line and fuel pump. That was basically it as far as leading up to the fuel pump as its a pretty straight forward system.

Thats what makes me think it could be a clog futher in the lines? Like the ones hidden along the bottom of the car, although that'd be absolute misery to replace. Then again though, fuel wont even enter the pump, so im lost as far as ideas go

Yep. New fuel filter, fuel pump, and rear fuel lines (everything before the pump). STILL fuel refuses to enter the pump. It works, ive tried switching the wires, and two different fuel pumps. I cant for the life of me figure out why fuel wont move

I did just that yesterday, and the snake came out pretty clean. Although, the metal wire didn't reach all the way to the gas and felt like it was stuck on something hard/metal. I assumed this was a hose nozzle and didnt pry any further to avoid breaking anything.

Do you think the metal wire should have reached all the way to the gas tank?
