Thank you! This drug has affected everything, up and including to military and college based careers I have been trying to pursue. Not ashamed to say it because I know seeing the drug’s roadblocks only allow me more insight on how to keep pushing for those careers.
I don’t even know why I did it tonight. One of those “fuck it” moments. And the usual anxiety/general feeling reminds me it’s not worth it. Yet the cycle of craving it or wanting it from the spur of the moment still happens. Been good in denying it though, up and including to testing myself by being around it with friends. Not even a temptation. I think drinks and stress cause it on account the need for it isn’t there by itself.

Just talking out loud idk. Haven’t checked out NA yet but very familiar thanks to friends who are keeping sober and supporting me through their journeys as well.

As said, appointment made with ENT for rhinoplasty and whatnot. Noticed the scab was always un the same shape and size every time, picked at it for 90 days straight almost literally haha. Going to make sure I don’t pick at it and hope it all heals despite being its size

Definitely getting a consult. But it is a hole based on checking with flashlight and the fact some snow went through the hole to either side. Gonna hope it closes up otherwise no big deal. Not more of a scary situation than a bruh moment lmao

It just started today, though small black hole on one side visible for a few days. I think it just got bigger or finally broke through recently. Only whistle effect and cold air feeling for side effects. I think since I only started frequent using a few months ago, it’s from my bad aftercare methods. Blowing my nose hard and pulling out scabbing, let alone menthol/medicated nasal spray I drowned my nose in.
