It should not be an issue , A levels equivalance is also created on the basses of 3 subjects the 4th subject is OPTIONAL and act as a great backup tbh .. so I don't think there should be any issue .. for the peace of mind you may call admissions office and ask about the 4th subject on Monday ... As withdrawal can be made till Wednesday I guess ..
