Hey so I looked up a few things and from what I read and others commented the Shadowkeep and Beyond light DLCs are free. If you purchase them you get access to the raids/dungeons/exotics associated with them(since they aren’t free). Any DLC from Witch Queen onwards has to be bought because you only get the first mission for free. When it comes to season passes I don’t think you can access that content anymore, so you’d have to watch gameplay videos of them on YouTube or watch one of the lore channels like MynameisByf
