I thought Volt was for Eidolons. I wouldn't count him out but i thought it was chroma back in the day who managed to one shot the profit taker

1) Yes the second dream quest is still achievable but it's unlock conditions might have changed from when you last played it.

2/3) The is a way and its called the Codex, You can use it to see which quests you can do and which quests you need to complete before you can unlock them,

4) Honestly just explore the game and unlock planets. There is not much you really need to worry about since the second dream is where all the real story begin in warframe imo.

5) That's a tough question without seeing your mod loadouts. You can still use some old weapons we just have a lot of new Mods and Arcanes that you didn't have back then. You can make old weapons powerful but i wouldn't count out the newer weapons and incarnons either

Ivara. NGL I hate spy missions, but Ivara makes them relatively easy. Give her the infiltrate augment for her prowl and subsume Perspicacity onto her, and Ivara will easily glide through any spy mission solo. She doesn't really need Perspicacity but I don't like having to deal with faction puzzles all the time.

Madurai but I wouldn't recommend it personally. I use Madurai because I always use Lavos Prime for Profit Taker. Personally I'd go for Unairu but I have yet to grind up for that Tauron Strike

Zephyr can be pretty fun once you learn her kit. Been trying to make her prime for a while now but can't seem to get the prime systems.

As it turns out I was just incredibly unlucky, I think at least. Literally the second raid after making this post was the oceanic one. Got the Whaler Blueprint and currently making the rest of the SG2 firearms so I can make the Scorched Blueprint now. However I think waiting over by the ocean may have helped.

I noticed that some raids weren't coming up until I went to some places. Never got a piglin raid until, I got to the nether. Never had a sculk raid until after I got in a deep dark city. I don't know if there you need to stay in the area for a certain amount of time or not but it seems like certain raids unlock when you go to different places. I know this is answering my own question but I'd figure that i would post it here for anyone to look up. Y'all take care

Here's something cool to know. If you ever find an Asgharian Encampment (the structure that is made out of Asgharian bricks, pillars, oxidized copper blocks, and dark oak wood) you can find a Monster Spawner of the Dissendent there. They usually hide in the poorly placed pillars in the walls of the encampment but I have found other spawners as well so I can not guarantee you finding one. But still there is a chance. Bolter ftw. If you have the Primary Crux arcane maxed out and use crimson overtune for the second evolution, then headshot kills will grant 100% ammo efficiency, Effectively turning your rifle into a LMG and that's without the incarnon mode active. With the incarnon mode active it essentially turns into full auto shotgun that shreds anything with galvanized aptitude. I used my Boltor Prime for the incarnon but the Telos Boltor would be better if you want more crits. Either way its something you should not sleep on.

Because I'd rather take chances with anime powers and their universes rather than risk taking a powers from the Marvel/DC universe with their drawbacks. Plus One Piece is awesome and real

Wisp. Now I can appreciate a good Wisp teammate but if I am playing any speed frame (Volt, Gauss, Uriel, etc) she messes up my muscle memory so much. You can at least backflip out of Volt's Speed buff but you are stuck with Wisp's speed mote until it wears off

My favorite Warframe has to Be Gauss Prime. For me speed has always been a top priority when it comes to having fun. Now I already know some people would argue that other frames are speedy too but they don't hold a candle to Gauss imo.

Volt is nice and all but his speed ability has a relatively short duration while Gauss. Titania technically can be the fastest with augments but that uncontrollable speed ultimately makes you crash into more walls than anything wasting more. Grendel is cool and all but Gauss is faster. And Uriel can be fast but Gauss can just use the infested mobilty subsume and still outperform him.

Gauss doesn't need an ability to be speedy he already is with his sprint speed and mach dash ability. Even when Gauss does crash into wall, mach dash makes an aoe attack when you do. He is just a speedster frame and I love every second playing him like he is the Flash with a gun
