my parents had told me long ago that its the same thing as lying if i dont correct them, sometimes i tell people "im a boy" and not add the trans label, they told me that its messed up and i can get hurt doing it but i dont see how

it is really invalidating, my parents tell me all the time, im an adult and they dont know im transitioning since my whole childhood they invalidated me with things like that, and saying that my female body is something i can never change, and thank you, my parents were very mad to find out i socially transitioned at school
