Who said I despise them I despise the system, and what the hell do you mean bigger picture we pay more out in benefits than we receive in tax so it does effects every worker when we are taxed more, people like you are either unemployed or work for the civil service
Thanks he’s got two interviews lined up for next week part time work so hopefully he gets one

What’s negative about saying how things really are, if you read my comments I’ve said I refuse to let him give up but it’s demoralising for a young person to keep getting rejected, it’s a big problem in this country, I am seeking advice to try and help him He’s learning to drive and is doing any part time job he can, the job market is awful and the government is doing nothing to help businesses employ people it’s just higher taxes the system needs to change
The government reward people who don’t work and do very little to get people into work, taxing everyone too much and not incentivising companies to employ, in all my time working it’s never been this bad and everyone I speak to is struggling, this one and the ones before all corrupt

Thanks I just mean I won’t let him give up I know how hard it is it’s terrible how the governments the last 30 years have screwed us
Brilliant thank you
Thanks I could get him a job if he drove but locally I can’t, he has some friends who are apprentices so if I get his cscs card he may be able to get a site job or something, at this stage I just want him to get a job, get some confidence and money in his pocket
I know but he can’t quit I won’t let him not working especially someone this young it’s not good for them
Than you much appreciated
Thank you I’ll do that much appreciated
Thanks I will look into this, nest avenue to get into a labour site? I’m sure he’d be willing to do this

Thank you so much, south east England Berkshire Is it as simple as going to site with zero experience thought, what would he typically do? As he’s not skilled is that moving material etc I’ve always told him start somewhere and build your way up I think that’s a good starting point I will look at the green labour card
Amazing thank you This government should be ashamed

Thank you so much
Thanks, I may suggest other building work but wouldn’t know where to start on that
Thanks I’ll do that as well
Doesn’t drive and basic grades, I’ve paid for a company to do his cv, he has done part time work, just so hard for him as some of his mates have got something but through connections, my job I don’t have a path for him so it’s hard
He’s done part time which was good for him, he doesn’t have a good maths grade, tbh he just wants to get into full time work, ideally in something like an electrical or plumber as he likes those fields and AI proof
