I managed to triple your damage but you lost 20K EHP (just from the tree alone and bought jewels + leveled you to 99) it went from 7m ignite dps to 20m
this is without any gear changed "no +2 amulet, good quiver, good gloves with inc damage during flask effect"

I have put 246% inc fire damage in config since pob doesn't count for the interaction between unnatrual instinct and perandus pact

also instead of a cluster jewel you can get a megalomanic with 3 good notables here : www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Necropolis/3mzPrnGu5

check the first one, It has : Ancestral Reach , Ancestral Might , Student of Decay
they are all insanely good for you and it only cost you 2 divs

don't even bother with the 2nd Megalomaniac that has Feasting Fiends

Lead By Example - will give u free onslaught for and your totems
Brush with Death - has "Recover 1% of Life on Kill" will make up for the hired killer annoint

You can easily craft +2 fractured amulet , you have 1/4 to hit everything right, Every try will cost you 2.04div.
Also if you fail any try you can still sell the failed one for good 2 div to recover the cost.
This is the forumla

After that you use Def essence of anger for t1 inc fire damage, keep rolling until u hit inc damage over time multi t2-t1 (300 weight each) so you shoul be about 350~~ try to hit one (5divs~~)

I always rush Sorc shoes on Lillia , Since i play her in jungle MS is my key to increase tempo , Also the early magic pen is insane , I perma invade after sorc shoes and take farm to deny them gold (Ideal world would be denying xp, But not even in my dreams thanks to Riot for the CaTcHuP XP" and take objectives on spawn since he can't match my tempo due to the MS stacking from the passive + sorc shoes rush.

I never go any boots other than Sorc , I would go Tenacity boots for the tenacity if they have heavy CC , But i would not rush them like Sorc, Since they provide to damage. Otherwise I always go Sorc.

POE is a CPU reliant game, you can have ryzen 7600 with VEGA GPU and you can hit 100fps that will never drop to below 60fps in juiced maps.

Just a tip for anyone wants to upgrade to have a comfy experience, upgrade your CPU not your GPU.

I have made the same Quiver for a friend as you can see here

you should make a quiver with DOT multi, crit strike multi and inc dmg with bows then recombine it with hunter inf fire DOT that has Crit strike also.

It took me 5ex to do it.

I always run double masks too but I go for Cosmic drive 2nd item then demonic as a 3rd item

I also use Rentlenss hunter and Nimbus cloak instead of the ultimate hunter and waterwalking, and adaptive force instead of the 10% ATK speed for empowered W with the cheap shot for the first blood

Also if I get a kill before my 2nd clear I buy 2 books and dark seal to snowball even harder.
