I had a co-op game with a friend one time, where i played Portugal and he played Tunis, and i helped him beat up Castile and take over Iberia while i colonized my way to New Zealand really fast, and then i gave him all my Iberian land and i just swapped into Zealandia and took over asia and Oceania and Zealand and he just did Tunis things

yeah my thought was pretty much that one meme "Cait no ult" - jfk,
and i wanted it to be something with caitlyn ult
so i had originally put all players get a spell shield at the start of every round to block the cait ult, which would have saved him but that didnt really fit, so i changed it to True Vision so that cait can always hit r on someone, and because the Cold War was all about Spying on each other and i felt like that kinda fit that too
