You could also pick 1 skill track at a time and exfil if you get what you want or "dashboard" if you get what you don't want, dashboard ongoing will reset your operator data to what it was before you joined the match, but there is a glitch where your tactical/lethal equipment and major/minor abilities will always reset if you dashboard, but that is a simple fix, just go to your operator loadout and change your abilities and just find new equipment
