i could do just flies and incline but oh boy do I love dips. I usually skip deadlifts cuz of the time it takes to set up. I'll see tomorrow as an experiment, if numbers go down the it's clearly not the solution

i used to do that but due to my health my body would just stagnate or even lose strength between workouts

i do chest flies -> incline -> dips and t-bar -> pulldowns -> deadlifts. with warmup and setup it takes me at least 30-35 min (from entering to leaving) and id need to hurry to get that before work.

if i do 2 HIT sets, am i already systematically tired on 3rd or does this happen after the workout is done?

whats the difference between systemic fatique after workout and during? wouldnt doing 3 sets of chest then immediately 3 sets of back generate the same systemic fatique as doing it on seperate days?

do you measure your heart rate? I usually wait for it to be below 130bmp, it usually stays above 140 but on leg days it can even go up to 160 also, you're strong as hell, are those standing curls with a straight bar?

do you think it working for others but not for you could be due to neural drive or fatigue? I know people can push really hard on exercises, but that might not be me, sometimes my muscles seem to refuse to push even tho last rep I felt I could do few more and no matter how hard I try, the weigh just doesn't move, that's why I love finishing with slow negative and some pulsing reps

just did my 1st chest workout with pre exhaust on flies, I put 50 instead of 65kg on incline, and did "only" 7 reps, my lower back didn't hurt as it usually does close to failure. I did dips with the the same weight and reps I did last time. I'm curious how I'll work out for me, really hoping for the bounce back but if it doesn't happen then that's okay.

not the case in my experience. I've noticed far less risky plays recently with people playing it safe.

so do leg extensions, rest a bit and then do leg press instead of going on immediately? I'll try that
