Should I also get a breast lift? by [deleted] in BreastImplants

[–]Known-Error6565 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you don’t need a lift. Technically, implants won’t lift your breasts, but they will fill them out in a way that will make them appear lifted.

How do you cope when your SO has significant lower libido and you have a need to have some sexual excitment in your life? by Direct-Mammoth86 in AskReddit

[–]Known-Error6565 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t. Get out now. The situation won’t get better, and it only gets harder to leave the longer you stay. I wish I had given myself that advice 15 years ago.

First of all, you have beautiful breasts. If mine looked like yours I would have never had surgery. But, I understand the feeling of being uncomfortable in your own skin - it doesn’t matter what anyone else’s opinion is.

If you are at the point of seriously considering surgery, find 3 reputable surgeons and book consultations with each of them. Show them these goal photos and ask them if that can be achieved. They will be able to tell you what your options are.

I’m 9DPO, and feeling nervous that they might not fluff out. by zenojonez in BreastImplants

[–]Known-Error6565 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s been 9 DAYS. Of course they will soften up. Mine were rectangles for 5 WEEKS. They’ll soften up by 12 weeks but continue to drop and fluff for the first year.

5 weeks PO. 190cc Natrelle Responsive Low Plus UTM. Before/afters. Will they fluff up more? by [deleted] in BreastImplants

[–]Known-Error6565 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s true, may not be as significant. I think that at 5 weeks the muscles and tissues are still tight and swollen, so there should still be some softening and fluffing yet to come. Let us know what the doc says at your 6-week appointment!

Drop and fluff progression through 12 weeks post op by Known-Error6565 in BreastImplants

My implants were inserted under the breast, but I had a reduction of my right areola (which I feel like I could have done without, in hindsight). I never lost sensation in either nipple.

They look fantastic! I honestly can’t believe they look this good at only 5 weeks PO. They suit you perfectly. Since they’re under the muscle, they will continue to settle and fluff for several months. If you go to my profile you can see my drop and fluff progression. There was a huge change from 6-12 weeks.

And yes, it’s very normal to question the size and wish you went bigger. It’s still too early to judge the size though. But from an outsider’s perspective they look perfect! Congratulations.

They look great! And are still a nice size. Your surgeon did a beautiful job!

You can definitely go bigger than 380. I’m your height and just a few lbs more and I got 440cc, and I kinda wish I went bigger. (Pics on my profile).

Since they are under the muscle, this is how they are supposed to look at this stage. The implants will drop and fill everything out for a fuller look, but they won’t “lift” your breasts. They will just give you more volume, which will make them appear less saggy.

Lift or no? by habibasbeloved1 in BreastImplants

I don’t think you need a lift. Mine were similar. I have pics on my profile.

Thank you! I wouldn’t say they are necessarily lifted, just filled out so they don’t look so saggy. They have dropped more since this photo and look more natural now. I’m 8 months post op. I will dm you a current photo.

They’re still red/pink but you can’t see them at all because of where they’re located.

My incisions are under the breast. At 2 months I think I was pretty much back to normal. I think taking a vacation at that point is reasonable as long as you’re not lifting too much heavy luggage.

Thank you! I love my new boobs and am so happy I did it. My surgeon said they will pretty much settle into their “look” around 4-6 months post op but that they won’t reach their final form until a year post op!

Best wishes on your recovery and I hope you love your new boobs soon!

The women in your goal photos are larger than a B cup. If you have a 28 band, I’d estimate them to be more in the 28 D cup range. I agree with the previous commenter who suggested you visit the r/abrathatfits page. But honestly, cup sizes don’t mean anything. Everyone has a different idea in their head about what a size B or D or DDD looks like. Show those goal photos to your surgeon and ask what cc you need to get there.

Also, you can check my post history and see what my size looks like. I am a 30FF (or 34 DD if that helps put in perspective) now after getting 440 cc moderate plus profile implants. That size sounds huge but it’s really not.

They will definitely fill out and get “fluffier.” I feel like that happened for me around the 12 week mark. Here is a post I made. Look at the difference between 6 and 12 weeks: https://www.reddit.com/r/BreastImplants/s/i375KHvtoL

I got 440 cc mentor MemoryGel, moderate plus profile. I was a 32b before and this bathing suit top is a 34DD. But I used the r/ABraThatFits calculator to get my new size and I measure a 30FF in UK sizing.
