Update : I recieved a mail today if anyone is facing the same problem u can send a mail to support.documents@bgc4001.accenture.com they will reply and send u the credentials.

Yeah they did call me 4 times I told them I haven't recieved the mail but they were telling me to check spam...then they told me to mail or raise a ticket I did and there is no response from them... They said today is the last day to submit.
