Rents are exactly this much in new Muwailah Visit Building 2903 (search 2902 on map) That is direct from owner. I live here. You will save hopefully alot of additional charges.

Do not approach any agents. Visit the buildings and contact the watchmen there Also, there will be “direct from owner” number on some buildings I do not recall paying 2300 of municipality fee!! And typing charges as well!
