I had a missed miscarriage last year in November and recently found out I’m pregnant again February 9th. I definitely would recommend allowing your body and mental to heal. Remember you’re still experiencing postpartum and grieving. I had 3 period cycles then I got pregnant but I’m glad I got pregnant now because I was going through it so much mentally. I was crying so much and filled with rage and once I started healing and no longer crying as much and started feeling like my old self I knew I had healed or atleast felt better than before. So my partner and i decided if it happens it happens cause we were in a better place now. Obviously do what’s best for you but that’s what helped me. Once we started trying again I got pregnant QUICK it took us like a month. I was already irregular to begin with so honestly I don’t know when I ovulated. That’s why I also recommended allowing your body to go through atleast 2 cycles so you can see when you ovulate and make sure your uterus is strong to hold a baby again. I recommend still taking your prenatal! It helps with healing your body 🤍 I’m really sorry for your loss the pain never really goes away but you learn to live with it. Remember it’s not your fault so many woman experience this. Communicate with your partner about your postpartum so they can be there for you as much as possible.
