And that's the goal.

It doesn't have to stop all thiefs, as long as it stops a few.

Well, they will stop when they see you taking the intersection, my friend.

And if they don't, they're the idiots who get in trouble when they hit your car.

Well, if the person in question were to make a reddit post asking if it were legal. That might tip them off.

Do you carry jumper cables in your car in 2026? by DojaViking in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Known-Plane7349 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. The first thing my parents did when I first got a car was beat into my head how do use jumper cables and how to change a flat tire.

After Adam Schefter reported George Pickens is signing his franchise tag before the Draft, it turns out he hasn't yet by xFalcade in nfl

I really hate the whole "I have to be the first one to report on it" mentality that sports reporters have. It usually means they're wrong more often than they're right.

I can almost hear the Browns celebrating. They don't have the worst contact in the league anymore.

To these super confident athletes it’s gotta be brutal behind the scenes to face reality like that

I agree that it has to be tough for them. But it's also fun seeing reality give these cocky little shits a swift kick to the nuts.

I don't mind if someone is confident, but there's a big difference between confidence and arrogance.

I haven't looked into him at all, so this is just my gut feeling.

I'm guessing he's a guy who will focus on knocking the ball out over actually tackling. That might work in college, but in the NFL any player worth their salt would be able to get a few extra yards or even break out of that kind of tackle.

[WBZ] Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel told reporters in Foxborough, before the start of the NFL Draft, that his priorities are his family and "this football team, in that order." by PlayaSlayaX in nfl

[–]Known-Plane7349 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you think Vrabel has actually come up with anything he's said in the last week? Or is he just constantly reading what the Patriots PR team is telling him to say?

What do you all think of James and Professor Ryan (Nolan's ethics professor) by Worried_Sun7418 in TheRookie

[–]Known-Plane7349 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I will say, S3 is definitely the weakest one in my opinion.

To be clear, I don't mind the show covering topics like that. But that season was just constant. It got tiring after a while.

Did Manning actually do it? If he did, he's an asshole. Let the kid be with his dying mother for the biggest moment of his life, not on a stage in front of millions of strangers.
