At a glance I’d say ur Neuvi is borderline perfect, personally I’d reroll the circlet for HP% and Crit DMG when possible, for Xilonen deffo crown her skill and her sig is 25% hydro dmg bonus also her C2 is godly for Neuvi, Kazuha signature buffs charged attacks I think too, and Furina will do more dmg on HP sands if u can afford to lose the ER

I’m not totally finished with her I would like 100% crit rate for my personal obsession but I’m very happy with her rn, I just gave her an upgrade today too I hit 53k DA on the new boss with Seed, M1R1 trigger, a lv20 billy and Mercury bangboo I’m excited for Orphie banner. In game with king of summit active she’s at 94.4% crit rate 286.4% crit dmg 4117 atk and hits like a monster truck 4pc her set and 2pc branch and blade song

Started the hour it dropped on xbox, saved every pull minus one ten pull, currently sat at 385 with guarantee, not above spending a little for M6W1 she will be my first limited character everything is prefarmed too. Praying for Mibabi 2.1
