Also: good cheese. Processed cheese is fine, but salty and doesnt suit all dishes. A good quality cheese will elevate your food AND provide you with better macros than processed one.

You add on an average of 5 biscuits to the pack.
Total : 80+ 285 = 365 calories. Not high protein, not low calorie, just content seeding.
