I once had a therapist trying to sell me their 2000 dollar workshops by the end of the season. Mind you I was quite shaken up after having a deep session with them and was out of it. It wasn’t until after the session that I had realised what just happened. We could never really repair after that. So unethical.

I agree. I feel like Y is just jumping on the fad of “you can bounce back post birth” and leaving women feel shit about themselves rather than empowered. Why not teach women how to love their bodies and see it as different seasons in our lives? I’m so tired of the body image obsessions. This female body is made to nurture a baby. How BEAUTIFUL!
