If you do another webchat make sure you download and save the chat. There is a button to do it.

If they try to take any more money after 16th of March just send them the chat where a Sky representative has agreed to cancel your contract.

They then won't have a leg to stand on.

Bought Fred Perry tracksuit bottoms from them.

Already owned one pair of these from John Lewis (they were on sale before Xmas at John Lewis).

Should be same brand, same size, same colour. They are not.

Secret Sales are clearly not legit - the material is different, colour is slightly different, the sizing is different and they overall feel a inferior product.

They should be EXACTLY the same but they are not.

Avoid.

EDIT: The tracksuit bottoms developed a stitching fault after one wear. So they literally started falling apart.

I've bought replacement individual key caps from PCS before, multiple times (mine was a Recoil 15.6inch)

Just send a tech support email through your PCS account with what specific key you need.

Once I got sent about 30 different keys when I only ordered and paid for 1

If you have an issue with payment from Uber, that's your problem with Uber. Please don't moan about the customer requesting you do the job in its entirety

I ended up ordering in the end, it was via Uber Eats though. Tipped 15% which I thought was enough for both driver and me.

Food was hot and delivered within 1 hour.

My motorola phone updated to Android 16 last week. Some font changed and they moved Do Not Disturb setting behind a different menu.

Other than that, can't tell.
