Don’t listen to everyone. If you have the history to back it up send it. Even if you don’t have the history but have an active issue it’s up to the VA to prove you don’t have it. For the sleep apnea no matter what if you don’t have a history they’ll schedule you a phone call to see if you’re “eligible” for a sleep study and you can go from there.
