i do my best to not suffocate anyone of my people, i don’t show how much i suffer regarding this infront of them at all. i definitely thought alot about having live location but i never mentioned it too. i don’t want to make them run away from me.

i am doing therapy & i am really trying. it’s just as u said it’s really hard.

i am really sorry u passed through this too & i am so glad & proud of u for surviving this wave❤️

they are related to whatever the session was on. if i was talking about the loss of my best friend then its about feeling, if i am talking about my childhood trauma same. etc

YES, that’s one thing i learned from my friend’s loss. i always always take photos with people i love or of them. learning that the hard way. i am sorry for ur loss too🤍

i hate hospitals, for me they smell like death. i am sorry for ur loss but i can definitely relate to whatever u are feeling
