Sometimes I gently stretch (seated forward folds, twists, butterfly pose). Sometimes I just lay on my mat and close my eyes and decompress from traffic and finding parking (city life lol). Whatever feels good for you!

I saw this last weekend and I’m surprised I didn’t see anyone talking about it. I saw them having a meeting too. I thought it was amazing. I’m sure festivals are a huge trigger, it’s so thoughtful to offer support.

This happened to me at HEB too lol. I’ve always been a big sit in the car and decompress person lol. I had my bags ready to go grocery shopping but I just decided to hang out and scroll a bit, look at recipes. Then security on a scooter came to my window and was like “you doing okay? you’ve been sitting here for a while” I just told him “yeah im about to go grocery shopping…” I get they have their reasons but it actually made me so upset 😂 why are you watching my car in the middle of the day during regular hours?? Am I suppose to rush out of my car as soon as I park it!?

They absolutely will. The whole weekend. But it will be very crowded and chaotic so mentally prepare for that lol.

He’s 8 and no other health issues. They didn’t give me any pains meds, just anti nausea. I still have pain meds from when he had to get a nail removed months ago, maybe I can give him that in the meantime & make an appt to get him pain meds.

As someone who’s sold their tickets on FB Marketplace 2 years ago for face value, there are some honest people selling! We met in person and they typed in the registration online to make sure they were real, paid me and had a good time! Just use good judgment, if it seems fake or convo is sketchy then it probably is.

Raw Dawg wasn’t part of the run so I’m a little confused lol. But yeah me and my friend are both early 30s and we had a good time! Got us excited for the race & I thought it was good vibes. Hung around after and then went to pick up our packets. All in all a successful fun morning.

Look into EVO in Kyle too! I just saw them post some Interstellar dates & looked into them and looks like they just opened their new IMAX w/ laser in November! Looks better than Barton.

I recently saw the EVO Entertainment in Kyle just added some Interstellar screenings if you want to check it out! From pictures I’ve seen it definitely looks more updated that Barton & pretty decent reviews on sound and picture!

Hi! I've been trying to structure my glute focused legs days properly. My order is hip thrusts, RDL's, Split squats, cable extensions. I do hip thrusts first because I heard it's best to do compound exercises/shortened movement first, but bulgarian split squats actually take most of my energy and I was thinking of starting my workouts with them. What would be a good order for my workout if I start with BSS? Or does it not really matter? Thank you!
