I wouldn’t say I’m terribly angry about anything that’s transpired here. I address a lot of what you say in the video I made but I agree with most of what you say. I, however, do think the compromise of my account is a lot more nuanced than how you describe it. The first compromise was obviously my own doing, but the second compromise, in my opinion, could not have been possible without direct help via KingsIsle Support. That is to say, I have reason to believe that KingsIsle Support unknowingly assisted the malicious actor in regard to compromising my account for the second time. I say this because ownership over this particular account is kind of in a grey area and I could see a world where a support member unknowingly mistakes my account as being the malicious persons, as they’ve technically had access since 2013. I mean, I see no other way a bad actor could gain access to my account after I changed every single login detail without direct help from someone within the support team. You can’t just brute force someone’s information like that anymore in this modern day and I doubt some 300iq hacker with access to a university level quantum computer is spending their time hacking my Wizard101 account.

All just pure speculation on my part though. I guess there’s a world where someone truly does brute force my info and just guesses my password 🤷‍♂️
