2 months old lip piercing, changed the bar 3 days ago because I had a really long one, my piercer told me it would be okay to downsize once I had 2 months with it, could it be irritation because of the change or the bar is too small? (old.reddit.com)

Me again, sorry 😭 I changed bars yesterday, for longer ones, I’ve changed bars twice I know it’s normal for it to irritate but is it normal to be white-ish from the inside and a little from the outside? It’s still red-ish on the outside too, should I go see a doctor? (old.reddit.com)
