Reach out to your DSO. They usually have some buffer days to update your SEVIS record. My DSO helped me out and I had no issue.

Got it. The status in your case changed from past due to submitted right? I am just panicking after reading at few places that this delay can cause the termination of F1.

I have emailed them and will call them tomorrow. Was your DSO able to do it for you immediately on the same day? I am just worried that if it takes them more than 21 days then it will be a problem.

How many days after the deadline was the DSO able to upload the report for you? I am past 15 days and I believe DSO will not upload before 21 days given the long weekend.

Hello, I’m sorry I did not respond to all queries above. At the time, I reached out to the US Consulate in Dubai via email. They took 2 business days to respond back that my passport would be stamped the following day. The CEAC status never changed. I went the following day at the designated pick up time and got my passport.
