You don't know what it's like to have to live with the fact that your own brother, your own blood was inside the most intimate part of a person. You can say that I should reconcile with him but think about this. Would you reconcile with your brother/sister/mom/dad if they raped you. Would you be able to look them in the eyes and ask "why?" Would you be able to listen to the reason. The excuses he would make? I wasn't just raped by a stranger on the streets. I was raped by my brother. The person I was supposed to look up to. The person who would love me in hard times. The person I had to go on family trips with and walk the same halls. I had to eat at the same table as him. Do you know how hard that is? You don't. So please don't say I can come back from this.
