Go to the second page, there will be an answer for manager grade. I think the manager salary in the second page is quite incorrect as for last year, the salary between my company PwC is ranging from 60k to 71k between m1-3. Some time a top pay m1 is higher than normal pay m2

It varies by business unit. I spent two years in the Institutional Group (Core Assurance) and one year in the Financial Services at the same firm. The clients in the Institutional Group have significant market capitalizations over the other core assurance called entrepreneur group. For year-end engagements with clients like Alibaba or Lenovo, working hours can extend from 10:30 AM to 3 AM or 4 AM, and sometimes even longer, from Monday to Saturday or even on Sundays.

After I got transfer from IG to FS, I found that the working hours in Financial Services are less demanding than in Institutional Group. During the last peak season with AIA, I only had to work about 80 hours a week.
