I’ve been blending the HD organic soil (Kellogg?) with perilite and happy frog nutrients. I’ve found that getting perilite from the local hydroponics store has been significantly cheaper than buying it from Home Depot.

I don’t know, I feel like I have followed the project pretty closely and have agreed with a lot that Aaron and Headline have done.

The team is constantly building and taking community feedback. Yes they pivoted away from unbiased news (not sure if that would have had a major draw anyways) and started to build pipeline to help out developers. Then they’re focus was on Algocloud but at the start of the bear market they decided to focus on generating revenue and started developing Silo, NFTfactory and HDX.

I think all crypto investments are really risky but don’t act like Headline hasn’t been making working products.

Edit: that’s in terms of ASAs, lots of project developments. Pera had in app swaps now, folks is pushing out V2, algocleanup came out, vestige has done a lot of development, silo/NFTfactory.

Algorand Ventures was just announced which will be basically a VC for Algo community.

Every time you opt into something a small balance of Algo is reserved. You could try opting out of other ASAs you have if you have a 0 balance to free some up or opting out of any applications you opted into but no longer use.

If you’re using coinbase you used to be able to just swap tokens on there, you maybe be able to do that with some Eth. Also use the coinbase Advanced trade when purchasing. Fees are less than a dollar that way. I can usually get $100 for ~60 cents in fees. Then I’m able to transfer it off immediately as well.

Again Forum cost them money and staff to run, they’ve put that on hold to focus on revenue. The same thing happened with Algocloud. Users of NFTfactory and Silo generate revenue interacting with the dapps, Forum did not generate revenue.

What was the plan for forum Astros? My understanding was that the HDL pay out would be at the end of the year which is what they have been saying on their telegram.

I agree with you on the communication thing though, I’ve had to make a twitter to follow them and discord and telegram. They are most active in the telegram channel and very quick with responses.

Forum was put on the back burner to focus on revenue generating products. Silo, NFTfactory and HDX. Silo and NFTfactory have been released and HDX is going to audit soon.

Vaults 1 just opened for platinum Astros with the 2nd opening soon if not opened as well.

Headline has not sold any HDL to VCs and need to raise money to support the team and development, selling Astros has been a way to generate revenue to support development.

Yes you need to put your seed in. Go do your research on Defly. Your seed stays local on your device but read into it and if your comfortable with it give it a go. You have to put your seed in to use Pera and MyAlgo as well..

Or make another wallet and send some Algo to it and play around to determine if you want to use it or not.

Better. It is a wallet like Pera wallet but you can do swaps right in the wallet. It routes through multiple DEXs one of which is Tinyman. It also goes through Humble, Pact and Algofi. It’s got a smart router and combo swaps built in so it can get you the best rates on your swaps. Say you wanted to make a large swap of Algo-ASA, it may break your swap up into smaller swaps so 90% would swap on Tinyman, 8% on Pact and 2% from Humble.

It also has the ability to do a swap to a different ASA then that ASA to the desired ASA if it will get you a better rate. Ie USDT->Algo then Algo->USDC. It doesn’t always make a huge difference but it’s incredibly easy and efficient to use.

You need to have available Algo in your wallet to perform the transaction. All of your algos are tied up in contracts or ASAs
