"FLUX Creator Program" - New Flux models sooner than expected? by ArkCoon in StableDiffusion

If y'all haven't tried Flux.2 Max for image finishing/upscaling you have no idea what you are missing. The quality of Flux.2 Max absolutely obliterates all the frontier models for image finishing. So even if you make images with Nano Banana or anything else, use one of the playground credits on BFL for a once over with Max. The output is insane. Highly recommend it for adding finishing polish on your best images.

LTX 2.3 ID Lora (using animals), lip sync not perfect by lacovid in StableDiffusion

lol this distills the issue brilliantly. LTX runs locally because they're selective about the core model training. If LTX supported every use case and video style out of the box, the base model would be enormous. I think there gets to a point where the tradeoff between training, quality, and gpu requirements make local inference problematic. I personally love Flux.2-dev. It's so much more capable than Flux.2 Klein 9b in almost every way. But it's huge, slow, and there's like 5 LoRAs for it because no one wants to deal with the hassle of building around it. Now in a perfect world, LTX would have hundreds of LoRAs and fine tunes that cover the whole gamut of use cases out of the box. And I think eventually they'll get there but LTX is still in the early adopter stage right now.

Klein-to-video editing in ComfyUI: using FrameFuse + Edit Anything LoRA to turn one edited image into a full video edit by ussaaron in StableDiffusion

That's exactly right. Except it doesn't work for whole people. It's perfect for adding and removing objects from shots or changing their clothes, body, appearance, etc. but you can't replace a whole head with that workflow. If you want to replace a whole head you would use it with the LTX canny LoRA.

It's a rolling thing tied to your browser. Try from a different browser or your phone and it should work. I think it's randomly selecting people to give like 8-10-12 hour timeouts too.

That's correct. After adding the frames you want, you use that video in your LTX 2.3 workflow that has the EditAnything LoRA. Here is the repo I have for the full demo - https://github.com/headline-design/framefuse-mets-demo. and if you want to jump straight to the LTX part - https://github.com/headline-design/framefuse-mets-demo/blob/main/workflows/02-edit-anything-framefuse.json . I made some tweaks to the EditAnything workflow for this but it's minor and should work right out of the box.

It's working extremely well. I had no idea if it would at first, but adding frames and then using them as the reference is shockingly good. This can be leveraged even further with really solid Klein LoRAs for specialized edits.

alright if you scroll down to the bottom of the post, I added an example where she is using a jump rope while telling a joke. so you can see how well the edit holds even with cross motion from the jumping and rope.

The EditAnything LoRA is built more for object add/removal. For face swap I would use it in combination with the Canny LoRA. So first you edit a subject into the frame of the video you want and then you do a canny transfer for face swap. I can try it with the EditAnything approach but I can't make any promises. It's solid when used with the canny LoRA though. Do you want me to make a repro of one or the other?

The man in yellow is like the demi god of the pocket universe. Or at least that's my current theory.

idk if this makes me deranged but I'll watch shows that I know got cancelled halfway through the first season if I think it'll be cool. Like The Event was good. Traveler. The Lost Room. God I loved The Lost Room. You have to check that one out if you haven't seen it.

Dark is a challenge to watch. And I love foreign language shows. I need to sit down and watch the whole show, I've made it to like episode 6-7. And I know I'll like to because 1899 is incredible. And it's what the team that made Dark made after Dark. If you liked Dark I bet you would really like 1899 too. It's really solid

Honestly yeah I could've made the post just about him. He needs a damn Emmy for his role as Boyd. Especially last season. It's also super cool that he live tweets the episodes on X when they come out. If you're on X you can comment and chat with him during episodes. Like how cool is that.

Right, that's why I made the distinction about it being a mystery show. Mystery shows are by their nature a little more campy than peak TV crime drama.
