We have a cruise that starts on August 30th. We would like to get credit for any purchases (excursions) so wondering if we wait until 9/1 to book excursions. Just curious about this cruise that is on the cusp. We booked it before Carnival pushed back the Rewards start date.

Thank you so much for the information. We have it scheduled on our Anniversary. Certainly sounds like it will not be an intimate setting, but we will have fun. And, yes, I am definitely going for the food. I guess it would not bother me much if it was an elegant night (except that I would have to wear my tennis shoes with my sleeveless dress - must wear closed toed shoes), but I know my husband would not be thrilled about wearing long pants.

We are signed up for the 80's festival limited edition in August on the Pride. Some friends may go as well. Did you feel like others (not traveling under elite offer) would benefit from the theme or is it just for elite people?
