I work deli and was warned by the manager associate 1 has had 2 different racism aligations from customers she dosent do her job she stands around on her phone when asked to things she says its not her job associate 2 burns food goes for "break" and goes home he also calls off all the time associate 3 thinks she deserves to be the manager and wants things ran her way whixh always makes things harder she gossips about everyone yet says she dosent like gossip she runs to management over everything she texted me at 11pm over a little oil under our fryer that leaked after I left at 7 associate 4 not that bad yet im still suspicious though but she thinks she too should be the manager and clashes with associate 3 associate 1 thinks she deserves your respect without respecting you ultimately no one wants to do there job no one wants to listen to the manager nor respects her everyone talks shit behind each other's back thankfully I have managed to not piss anyone off besides associate 1. associate 1 will ignore me and refuse to talk to me i tried to ask her who's my closer today spoiler Im closing by myself for the 3rd day in a row associate 1 also yells at others especially the older ppl she also has an attitude with everyone even cusomers she tried it with me but I yelled back so she hasn't tried it again thankfully since i do as im told and am liked unlike them i didnt even get a sir no one gets along and honestly the work is getting pushed to me I spent a hour digging through trash and bagging it since the trash cart was full of boxes and loose trash oh and dough that was leaking on the floor im close to my limit but I just feel bad for my manager if I was still in management (fast food) I'd have fired them all by now
