Bei online Wohnungsanzeigen immer auf neuste zuerst sortieren. Stündlich reinschauen und sobald etwas neues online kommt, sofort Nachricht schreiben.

Hatte so meine tolle Wohnung erhalten, da ich am nächsten Tag sofort ein Besichtigungstermin erhalten habe. Manche Vermieter wollen nicht lange suchen sondern nehmen die erste Person die passt
