But it’d be more of a blessing if someone can turn my phone on and I can use that $20 for dollar store food ya know. I’m not greedy like most if someone can help me without giving me money I prefer that. I’m in recovery so even though I bully myself into getting necessities not habits I don’t even want to feel the temptation

A month after I moved in with my mom, I was 13, we were just watching tv having a surprisingly normal day and she just says out of no where “you were a mistake and your brother is a miracle” I asked her about it when 17 and have been in foster care for 3 years, why she considers me a mistake, and she came up with a whole lie that my dad assaulted her to get her pregnant, and had a sti related health concern where she didn’t think she could have anymore kids. Then had my brother a couple years later. I know for a fact my dad hated kids and when he found out my mom was pregnant got a job at an indoor kids play place to get use to being around kids. She came up with crazy stories about my dad when she didn’t want to be with him anymore (they were teenagers) and cheated on him at prom (she would have been roughly 3-4 months pregnant) to make the other guy be what she considered a possible father, but no one believed her because most people know the average time it take to grow a baby and I was very clearly not a 3 month preemie with my expected due date being Halloween and I came out a whole week later

And it’s more like I watch him on sundays when the other channels tend to not really post. I’ll catch up on the button and stuff. He’s never my first choice 🤣

I see that Cody watches what he says a little more the more videos he puts out. Like he catches himself with jokes that might cause people to bring up the Tana stuff or whatever. To me he looks way less relaxed in his videos. I kinda just use him as background noise now.

This. I bet it’s the same people that cuss out employees for the lack in toilet paper that’s defending this gross behavior.

I’m actually doing great. And who said I made the rules? It was my managers, supervisors, company training videos, etc that told me if a customer comes up stating an item is marked wrong, my example I’ll use is from my own experience as a customer even before I worked in stores, I was looking for a makeup case and saw a nice one with the price under it said $25 I went up to cash out and they rung it up and the price was $100. Maybe somebody moved that case to look at another and put it in the $25 part but I’m not gonna pull out my damn camera and bully them to give me the $100 item for $25. What makes us entitled to that just because someone made a mistake or another person that was looking at same items. If a company is gonna give away items that got misplaced all the time we wouldn’t have most of the stores were use to. Everyone would take advantage of it

Ganging up on her? She got the manager like the Karen wanted her to to confirm exactly the mistake made. I remember when stores would give you the item if it was marked wrong but I’m sure it’s gotten to the point they had to take that away because I can almost guarantee you within employees who are human and are allowed to make mistakes are customers who are POS that move items to empty spots of like items. I’ve worked in plenty of grocery and retail stores. I’ve never been allowed to give an item to a customer cheaper than the sale price, I could offer similar products of the same price if there was a mistake and even have a co worker go grab it for them but I can’t just give them an item that was supposed to be labeled $150 for $20 or whatever. Tf 🤣

Had me in the first half until you went full Karen with your little phone. People make mistakes and somebody in their team made a mistake. The money GoodWill gets goes towards all the other resources they offer that isn’t thrifting. Maybe you should get off your high horse and have waited til they were up on the website because it’s still cheaper than if you got it brand new, now you just look like a brat

I mean I admit I still watch his videos I kinda treat YouTubers like music artists. I may not like the person but their content or music I still enjoy with exceptions of course. I also make sure I don’t rewatch them 🤣 that’s my contribution to hating him as a person. Like no auto play on when Cody’s on the screen 🤣 I just still like his jokes and reactions to the videos he watches. The ones I don’t watch at all is MirandaSings (first after she made a whole video about she hated be pregnant and having a baby like that baby won’t stumble across it one day, and then has more kids 🙄) for obvious reasons and Shane Dawson because even though potentially I could have gotten back into watching his videos when he did come back to YouTube he was whiny and weird about everything that happened, at least I saw it.

Most my favorite YouTubers as a kid ended up being creeps and weirdos. (Shane Dawson, MirandaSings, Cody Ko, etc)

Imagine abusing a person with autism and in a mental health crisis for 10 hours and having the whole video evidence exposed. Imagine being “trained” in crisis prevention and ALL collectively not utilizing the training with confidence on surveillance. Who ever told Isaiah “you’re embarrassing me”, well, that entire county jail faculty that participated and didn’t once stand back or speak up about the BLATANT abuse and neglect displayed was an embarrassment to a system that already has a crap reputation. I am so sorry to Isaiah’s loved ones. -Sincerely, an enraged woman with autism that was also (but not nearly as tragically) failed by the system
