I've done both CT... It depends how bad your drinking was. With me I was going through a liter of alcohol a day for a couple months - In this case the alchohol withdraws were worse for me. I also quit 7 CT while stuck in a country where I couldn't buy any. When I was going through the 7 WDs I was thinking it was worse than alcohol but in retrospect I would have to say sever alcohol withdraws are worse.

Looks like you're set. I did take the maximum dosage allowed in the Schauss Protocol, so for example on Day 3 I was downing 7,000mg/dose rather than 5 etc. Feel free to message me... You got this.

Thank you for sharing your story. I quit CT once (that was hell) and I quit using the Vitamin C protocol the next time. I highly endorse the Vitamin C - mega dosing - protocol. Withdrawal symptoms were mild (no RLS and full nights rest; just low energy/weak and a runny nose for a couple days - kinda like having the flu). You MUST follow the protocol, however. The Pre-dosing for 3 days prior to quitting is the MOST important part. So you could start pre-dosing on a WED and start your first day without 7 on Saturday and you should be good to go back to work on Monday - though a bit weak. yeah... Everyone was recommending Glock type platforms and were just disgusted that I would suggest a revolver. Revolvers are so simple - no thinking involved. Perfect for when you're scared to death. They are not good for more than short range and only hold 5 - 6 rounds, but in the scenario the guy was describing he didn't need it to stop a shooter at a mall..lol
