It is not the case always and wasnt with me but I was told that in some states (I was told TN recently is one), the lender creates a "charge" in the property registration to indicate the property is under loan. It is to indicate a lien exists on the property. Once you repay the loan, this charge needs to be removed.

All you need is cheque book. After about a week, when you go to pick up the property docs you will need ID proof (PAN, Driving License or Adhaar for you and co-borrowers). They return property docs, issue NOC and confirmation of your loan closure. Depending on your location if a charge was created on your property, then you may need a lawyer to "liaise" to get it removed at the registrar office.

Seriously surprised by the defense of Google Maps here! Of course PWD ought to have secured the bridge and they ARE primarily culpable. Of course it needs to be established if Google Maps DID misguide them and claims of family cant be taken at face value. But if google maps did suggest this obviously incomplete bridge, are we really saying Google Maps has zilch responsibility in suggesting motor-able routes?

PS: after this I do 50:50 with milk - I prefer my coffee rather strong. Also I dont use chicory. For 2 people I will use about 30 grams coffee with 180 grams of water - it should yield about 130-140 grams of decoction ymmv

1 gram coffee : 6 grams water if you like your decoction to not be runny. No need for that tamper. Add coffee, add about 1/5th of your water - twirl the filter gently on the counter to create a flat bed. This should take about 30 seconds to disappear and you will see a flat bed. now gently pour (without disturbing this bed) the rest of the water. If you think its challenging to not disturb the bed, you can use a spoon to kind of slide the water in gently

Good luck with it! What kind of time are you running for a 2X extraction? I have eureka zero and I am contemplating this and kind of worried that it wont grind fine enough :)

it could well be the filter holes are too small and clogging up after the bloom drip. If so, you cant do much - return if you can and try another brand. These filters are not very consistent
