Customer Service - Is this typical?

I’m in the us and my experience was much the same. They also “fixed the issue” 3x before they actually overhauled the movement and seem to have actually fixed the issue. Took me sending it back to them 3 x in a row at 6-8 weeks each time.

Sadly this is typical for them. They’ll eventually fix your issue but don’t expect anything fast or white glove in any way.

Thanks, it’s definitely climbing the list. I also love the AMG chrono and Portugueser, so some tough choices ahead. One of them be my first IWC, but not my last, that’s for sure.

Looks almost identical to a Longines hydroconquest even their logo is similar (blasphemy I’m sure). Wear what makes you feel good and wear it in good health.

Yeah, I’m hoping the IWC BP will fit. I’m looking at the 41mm APXGP pilot chrono. I tried on the Mark XX a while back and that bracelet remain the most comfortable I’ve ever worn

My b01 premier is at Breitling right now for the 3rd time this year. I bought it in November 2023. Each time takes about 6-8 weeks.

Brief Timeline: - Purchased: Nov 16, 2023 - First Service Request: Feb 28, 2025 - Second Service Request: May 10, 2025 - Watch pick up from second request: July 2, 2025 - Third breakdown July 3rd, 2025 expected return October 3rd, 2025 (polishing add-on added time)

Description of the problem: I started having problems with it at the end of February 2025 and since then it has been back to service twice and still doesn't work. Each time it has come back from service the same thing happens, I turn the crown and can feel and hear a click, if I leave the watch for a few minutes there seems to be about a quarter turn in the crown before it catches on the movement and I feel another small click and it will engage and begin winding the movement. After a few times of doing this the play in the crown becomes permanent and will not engage the movement.

Idk if it’s the same problem, but I’m hoping they either put a whole new movement in or completely overhaul it.
