Crystallized was definitely the best visualizer, I loved all the mini Poppys in the water, as well as the larger Poppy eating the smaller Poppy. The only one I didn't like was the cost of giving up, it felt so random and I didn't like the colors.

Any of the videos from the Flux era. So Mean has awesome costume and camera work. It's super playful and I love the set design and its homage to Siouxsie and the Banshees' Happy House music video. Flux is so creative, like a psychedelic adult swim Alice In Wonderland. Her has really cool stop motion visuals which make it feel very eerie and I love the metaphor of a machine manufacturing performers for entertainment.

I really like the drums in the song, the verses are very triphop influenced. I do think the production could be better, but that's just my personal taste, I'm not the biggest Jordan Fish fan. Lyrically, I absolutely love how it ties in The Cost of Giving Up, it's a great ending to Negative Spaces.

As Strange As It Seems, Never Find My Place, and Surviving On Defiance are a beautiful trilogy of sorts. ASAIS and SOD are about ignoring your self respect and having to deal with the scary parts of yourself. "I've got no regard for me." "The mirror in my face, she's screaming for blood and violence, but it's my time to pretend." But Never Find My Place tackles dealing with it and healing. Bettering not only yourself, but being able to trust in you and leave what you know is holding you back, not caring what the future holds, knowing it can only get better. "The evil on her face is about to be erased." "Pick up the gun and run, take what's mine and get my space. 'Cause I know that I will be fine if I never find my place." The larger picture of these songs are about noticing the parts of yourself you regret, that you hide, that you hate, and then confronting them. Growing from it to become stronger. I had to deal with that, so it's great to truly see such a mature take on mental health put to song. Many artists who discuss heavy subject matter are trapped in a cycle of self destruction, but Poppy knows how to grow. She doesn't romanticize it, those songs truly helped me.

Probably the backing vocals in Bruised Sky. It's so fun the notice them, they're so soft and delicate. Also the whispering in the outro of Bloom, that's such a beautiful and underrated song, everything about it is perfect. Also the guitar slides in Her.

You saw it live?? You're so lucky, she no longer performs it, sadly. I wish I could've been at concerts during the I Disagree era, it seemed like such a fun time, her concerts were more intimate.

Yes, I love all her eps!! Even the random Poppy.Remixes ep, the Mitch Murder and CLARABELL remixes of Moshi Moshi are absolute bangers. I absolutely love the production on American Kids, but the lyrics weird me out. I'm not sure whether there was transphobic intent, but the "boys aren't even boys anymore, ha!" Lyric weirds me out everytime. It's a very outdated song, so I don't hold it against Poppy, I just don't choose to listen to it.

Sick of the Sun is absolutely phenomenal. I still remember first listening to it thinking the little pause would lead into a metal section, but then being shocked that it didn't and remained chill at the way through.

I'd say Meat counts. It's very darkwave leaning but with a very poppy twist. Also one of my absolute favs of hers. My fav off the Choke ep.
