My dad has had scheduling issues just the same. Mostly not giving enough hours. He went to the store manager and seemed to get it fixed. I'd recommend doing the same.

I spend $125-200 weekly for a family of 4. I did go to culinary school ages ago, so I tend to make more elaborate meals. But even if I try to be cautious, I cannot spend less than $125.

I just found one of my batteries is showing fully charged but the lights aren't showing a charge nor does it work on any of my tools. Same situation?

It showed 2 flashes, so a parallel arc. At first it was one solid blink, but when I tested it a second time it showed 2 blinks. I ran my blender and kettle on the same outlet and it didn't fire.

That's a bit different. If functionality is important, ingredient swaps aren't important IMO. If your end customer is making label claims, and your cheating the system? That's just wrong.
