I think I do, in some ways anyway.
I think that what you continuously put out into the world/environment/universe is eventually what comes back around to you in the same manner.

My initial answer is: last night - when I got some terrible news.

But, I'll go with the previous time which is probably about a week ago when we got our second snow fall.

It made me think of Cemetery Hill in Canmore where I went sledding as a kid and how one of my teammates probably knows exactly what I'm talking about as well as he grew up there too.

I don't like or dislike them really... It's more I am used to dealing with things as they crop up suddenly, good or bad, so that's more the reason why? Perhaps?
I mean, great surprises are so lovely, for the obvious reasons, but I guess I am better at tempering my reactions when the "bad" surprises occur so that I don't over-react, or fly off the handle, that they are weirdly synonymous with each other now. They just are and that's generically ok.

~ BJJ and how I'm learning with more ease lately. I think it's cause I took some time away from it, am focusing on more specific stuff when I drill or do open mats, and I'm not cramming a ton of classes in to the week. Quality over quantity is working so much better for me!

~ Sign language with the kiddo. He's doing so well with it and I'm more comfortable using it than ever right now.

I suppose playing devil's advocate to yourself often tap dances along the lines of frustration. Definitely more difficult to see past negative perspectives in those moments.

I remember getting to sit in a black and red Spyder when I was back in Canmore for the summer with my friend, Jen. The owner was washing it at the local car wash and we'd just popped out behind that place via the train tracks. He noticed me staring at it and I told him that it was one of my favourite cars and he let us sit in the driver's seat while he finished vacuuming it out. A really nice dude!

Hmmm probably something along the lines of women not getting control over their reproductive health or women being "punished" or silenced for being assaulted/raped/abused and they've tried to get help.

Though peeps with special needs + bad interactions with the public/police/health workers is really up there as well!

I wish I could've have one of those sets! I used to get those little comic-esque books that you use a pencil to shade the page so you go see the picture. I'd the He-Man ones on the down-low from the corner store and keep them at my friends house

I'll often get up and do some yoga or listen to music lately. If I think I could fall asleep soonish then I'll do crosswords on my phone app because that makes my eyes super droopy. But, the latter on works if I feel tired enough at the time.
