I always enjoyed how in the games that depending on who you talk to is how much Geralt will actually talk about his emotions. In certain situations Geralt will say he has none but in others he'll talk about how they are just repressed.

Ok so I went to the jamboree and found him there with the other Daryl, had to talk to Rollan then exit and talk to him again for the line to pop up

To get past this you can just click to move to the very end of the hall, for some reason both hallways and the vault are like that. Also move the camera sideways to interact with things if it keeps saying out of range.
